The website helps you explore dental services, learn about the practice and contact the office. It is not a substitute for a dental examination, an individual treatment plan or instructions given directly by your treating clinician.

Sending a chat message or a Second Opinion inquiry also does not confirm a visit or establish that a dentist has reviewed your information.

A listed carrier is not a guarantee of coverage. The financing cards identify options recorded by the practice; contacting the office about one is not a credit application or approval.
