SMS Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 11, 2026
These SMS-specific terms explain the current website position and consent principles for Modern Touch Dental, P.C., at 426 Atlantic Ave, East Rockaway, NY 11518. This website does not currently offer an active SMS enrollment or withdrawal form. This document is not an invitation to join an active message program and does not identify an approved SMS sender, fixed message schedule or verified keyword service.
Program details must come before consent
Before asking you to join a text-message program, the practice must identify the actual sender and describe the message categories, purpose and expected frequency. Those details are not supplied by giving a generic contact request permission to become SMS consent. No appointment, promotional or other text-message category is activated by this page.
Carrier message and data charges may apply if you use a text-message service. Check your mobile plan for the charges that apply to you. This document does not quote a subscription price or promise a particular delivery time. Text delivery can be affected by the carrier, network conditions and the receiving device; texts are not an appropriate emergency channel.
Your choice
SMS consent must be specific and separate from calls, email and agreement to general website terms. A future online enrollment checkbox must start unchecked, and a normal inquiry must remain possible without choosing SMS. Any separately offered marketing consent must be identified as such and must not be a condition of purchasing services.
The Opt-in page explains the current absence of an enrollment form and the information that must accompany a real consent process. Providing your telephone number in a booking request, chat or other inquiry does not, by itself, enroll you in an SMS program.
Withdrawal and assistance
Use the withdrawal and help instructions supplied by the actual program you joined. STOP and HELP are standard messaging instructions, but this website does not claim they are operational for a sender that has not been verified. Do not substitute the practice's general voice contact for a confirmed SMS destination. The Opt-out page explains how to seek assistance without mistaking an ordinary inquiry for completed unsubscription.
For a communication question, call (516) 786-0134 or email [email protected]. Avoid sensitive health information in ordinary email. For a medical emergency, call 911.
Privacy and later changes
See the Privacy Policy for the actual website features and handling of inquiries. A contact request is not permission to share a mobile number or messaging consent for another party's promotional use. Providers needed to deliver a future message program may process information for that service; the program's disclosures must describe its actual practices.
These terms must be updated with confirmed sender, program, consent, withdrawal and support details before SMS enrollment is enabled. Creating these pages does not activate messaging or establish carrier registration or approval.
