Website Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 11, 2026
Modern Touch Dental, P.C. wants visitors to be able to find information, understand their options and contact our East Rockaway practice. This statement describes the current website's accessibility features and ways to ask for help. It is not a certification that every page, browser or third-party service is free of accessibility barriers.
Using the website
The website uses headings to organize information, labelled navigation and normal links for contact details and practice policies. A Skip to content link helps keyboard users move past the header. Legal documents are available at their own addresses rather than only inside popups, so they can be opened directly and revisited.
Expandable service information and frequently asked questions use controls that can be operated with a keyboard. Interactive controls have visible focus treatment. Meaningful images have text alternatives, while decorative images are not used to convey essential instructions.
The layout adapts to smaller screens. Browser text enlargement and zoom can help with reading. Reduced-motion preferences are respected by the site's animations. The voice assistant is optional: you do not have to grant microphone access or speak aloud to read the website or use its telephone and email links.
If something is difficult to use
Please tell the office about a page or feature that is creating a barrier. Call (516) 786-0134 or email [email protected]. You can also contact the practice at 426 Atlantic Ave, East Rockaway, NY 11518.
If possible, identify the page address, the action you were trying to complete and the device or assistive technology involved. A brief description is enough; you do not need to send medical records, passwords or other sensitive information. Please include a way for the office to respond and your preferred communication method. The office can discuss another way to provide the information or arrange contact.
Connected features
Booking requests, text chat and Second Opinion inquiries open connected Logika features. Maps and other external destinations may use interfaces that differ from this website. If a connected feature is inaccessible, use the office contact options rather than repeatedly submitting the same request.
Sending an accessibility question does not confirm an appointment. For a medical emergency, call 911. For an urgent dental concern, telephone the office to discuss the next step.
Continuing review
Accessibility is an ongoing part of website maintenance. Technical checks and individual browser reviews help identify issues but cannot reproduce every visitor's experience. Feedback about a specific barrier helps guide further work. We do not require a visitor to install an accessibility overlay or enable the voice assistant to request assistance.
For information about handling a website inquiry, see the Privacy Policy. This statement will be updated as the site's features and accessibility work change.
