Opt-in

This page explains text-message consent for visitors contacting Modern Touch Dental, P.C., at 426 Atlantic Ave, East Rockaway, NY 11518. This website does not currently provide an active SMS enrollment form. Reading this page, speaking with the website's voice assistant, requesting an appointment or providing a telephone number does not subscribe you to a text-message program.
Separate, informed permission
Permission to respond to a call request is not permission to send marketing texts. The practice's callback definition expressly distinguishes calls from text messages. Accepting website terms, using chat or sharing contact details for a particular inquiry must not be treated as blanket SMS consent.
If the practice introduces a text-message enrollment option, the enrollment point must identify Modern Touch Dental, explain the actual types of messages and expected frequency, and state that carrier message and data charges may apply. You should be able to review the SMS Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before making a choice.
An online SMS checkbox should be separate and initially unchecked. An ordinary contact request should remain available without selecting it. Marketing enrollment, if separately offered, must be distinguished from service-related messages and must not be made a condition of purchasing services.
No enrollment through this page
There is no telephone-number field or consent submission on this page. It does not record an SMS preference, send a confirmation text or activate messages. The office telephone displayed below is a contact for questions; this page does not identify it as an approved SMS sender.
Before using any future enrollment method, check the actual sender, message categories and instructions presented with that method. A verbal permission process would also need a clear, specific explanation of what you are authorizing. Do not assume that a prior conversation about an appointment authorizes unrelated messaging.
Changing your preference and getting help
For an existing message program, follow the withdrawal instructions provided with that program. Standard instructions commonly identify STOP for withdrawal and HELP for assistance, but this page does not claim that those keywords are configured for an unverified practice sender. See Opt-out for the distinction between contacting the office and a confirmed withdrawal.
For a question about communication preferences, call (516) 786-0134 or email [email protected]. Do not include medical records or sensitive information in ordinary email. Using either contact method does not itself enroll you in SMS. This document will need to be updated with the actual program details and functioning consent process before website enrollment becomes available.
